Puppy Adoption Process

The Investment

Welly Doodles puppies are $4,000, inclusive of Florida sales tax. The investment is paid in three milestones across the journey:

• $500 to reserve your spot (applied to your final balance)

• $1,750 at birth, or two weeks after reservation

• $1,750 by week 7, the week of pick day

Every puppy goes home with everything listed below included.

There are no add-on fees beyond delivery, if you need it.

1. To  start the puppy adoption process, complete the “Puppy Application” form by clicking on the link below.  The purpose of the application is to help us find you the puppy that best meets your family’s lifestyle and personality.
2. Once we have received and reviewed your application, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your application and answer any questions. 
3. Once we have accepted your application, submit your $500 reservation fee using Zelle (wellydoodles@gmail.com), payable to: Wellington Australian Labradoodles, LLC). When sending the payment, please list your reason as: Your Full Name, Dam and Sire you want a puppy from, Reservation  Fee.  (ex: Lola Smith, Jewels and Tucker Litter, Reservation  Fee). Cash is accepted upon request. 
4.  Once you have submitted the $500 reservation fee, your place will be secured on our reservation list. This amount will be applied toward the adoption balance. In submitting an application, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our policies and guidelines. ​
5. When the puppies are born, we will notify you by email.  At this time, we will begin posting pictures to our website and social media accounts so you can watch the puppies grow and develop. In addition, you will receive weekly updates via email on your reserved litter.
6. At the time of birth half ($1750)of the balance is due or two weeks after initial reservation fee was received. When sending the payment, please list your reason as: Full Name, Dam and Sire you want a puppy from, Birth.  (ex: Lola Smith, Jewels and Tucker Litter, Birth)
7. Remaining $1,750 due by week 7, before or on selection day. When sending the payment, please list your reason as: Full Name Dam and Sire you want a puppy from, Balance.  (ex: Lola Smith, Jewels and Tucker Litter, Balance)
8. Puppy temperament and selection process is done between the 7th and 8th week, in the order of the reservation list. Should you not find your perfect match(based on temperament, size, color, gender). I am happy to transfer your deposit onto the next available litter. Each family has a one-hour selection window and must be present or reachable by phone or video during their turn. 
9. Puppies will be ready to go to their forever homes after  8  weeks of age. Full payment of $4000 must be paid and purchase agreements must be signed before any puppy will be released to its new home.
